At PULAIR, we stand behind our products with a robust 5-year warranty on parts, designed to give you peace of mind for your ductless mini split systems. This warranty is specifically tailored for DIY enthusiasts who choose to install their systems independently.

Exclusions to Warranty Coverage
The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Costs Incurred in Maintenance: This includes expenses related to replacing, refilling, or disposing of refrigerant.
  • External Damage or Failures: Damage or failures caused by external forces such as abuse, winds, fires, lightning, power surges, and corrosive environments.
  • Non-Compatible Components: Use of parts or accessories that are not compatible with our systems.
  • Improper Installation and Handling: Issues arising from incorrect installation, misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Electrical Supply Issues: Failures to operate due to interrupted or inadequate electrical service, including issues like blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers.
  • Non-Brand Parts: Any damage resulting from the use of parts not supplied by Mini Split Supply.
  • Collateral Damage from System Failure: Damages due to frozen or burst pipes resulting from equipment malfunctions.
